Camp:  Wild About Art
Ages: Entering Grades 1-6 (Kinder if older sibling is attending)
Led By: Robin Maca (Art) and Lynn Bucknall (Teacher Assistant)

Art kids will have fun expressing their creative side at HP Scottie ART summer camp!  Mrs. Maca and Mrs. Bucknall have fun projects planned:  a group mural and personal painting projects, drawing projects, and multi-media projects.  We will join Music Camp for FIVE exciting field trips: lunch and a movie at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, roller skating at Playland Skate Center, Glow bowling at UT Underground, jumping fun at Jump Street, and a visit to the Austin Rescue Zoo to examine the animals up close!

Camp:  Music Mania
Ages: Entering Grades 1-6 (Kinder if older sibling is attending)

If you REALLY love all things music, then this is the camp for you! We will learn new songs, play music games, listen to all kinds of music, learn an instrument classification system, create our own instruments, and watch great musical performances. We will join Art Camp for FIVE exciting field trips: lunch and a movie at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, roller skating at Playland Skate Center, Glow bowling at UT Underground, jumping fun at Jump Street, and a visit to the Austin Rescue Zoo. We attend all field trips with Wild About Art Camp.

Camp:  Recreation Destinations Goes Wild
Ages: Entering Grades 3-6
Led By: David Robenhorst (3rd Grade), Alyssa Absher (3rd Grade), Jac Gober, (3rd Grade), and Carolyn Bott (3rd Grade)

Kick off your summer in style! Join us for 5 fun-filled days - each day will be a new and active adventure! We will take field trips to awesome destinations like Main Event, JumpStreet, Typhoon Texas, and more! We will celebrate our last day of camp with inflatable obstacle courses and a water slide. Join us for an epic start to your summer break!

Camp:  Outdoor Camp
Ages: Entering Grades 4-6
Led By: Tonja Ryan (5th Grade) and Dianna Morris (Teacher Assistant)
Price:  $265

In our outdoor camp, we spend most of our days hiking and swimming. We visit state and local parks as well as enjoy botanical points of interest and discuss local ecology and biology. Points of interest include Blue Hole, Pedernalas Falls, and kayaking on Lady Bird Lake.

Camp:  Project Wild Adventures
Ages: Entering Grades 3-4
Led By: Felicia Collins (2nd Grade) and Lisa Marques (Retired 2nd Grade)
Price:  $240

Join us for a daily morning adventure followed by an afternoon swim!  Off we go to Austin Bouldering Project, Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve, Mayfield Nature Preserve, Emma Long Metropolitan Park (Turkey Creek Trail) for some hiking, exploring, and skill building.  Finish off each day with a dip in one of these Austin Parks and Recreation Swimming Pools: Bartholomew Pool, Deep Eddy, Northwest, and Reed.  Our camp includes all entrance fees and transportation.

Camp:  Pup Camp: Storytime STEAM
Ages: Ages 4 - Entering K (must be independent in the restroom)
Led By: Erinn Windler (Math Intervention) and Sally Hunter (2nd Grade)
Price:  $195

Storytime STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) camp will start each day with a picture book that will be the focus of the day's craft, free centers, and even snack.  Each day will also include a hands-on "engineering challenge" with plenty of outdoor play as well!

Get your tennis shoes on and get ready to have some summer fun!  We will play games and talk about strategies.  All week long, we will reflect on our new strategies.  We will play soccer, basketball, bowling, mini golf, and many other board games.  Plan on a trip to Dart Bowl, Pump It Up, Main Event, Austin's Park N Pizza, and Peter Pan Golf.  You can bring your favorite games from home (including your Pokemon and Monopoly games) and leave them set up at HP all week.  It will be fun to play all day at school.  Games, Games, Games will be a blast!

Camp:  You Go Girl!
Ages: Girls Entering Grades 3-4
Led By: Jim DeLine (PE) and Sarah Robenhorst (Math Coach)
Price:  $280

Girls will enjoy all types of activities that are sports/fitness related.  On-site sports and off-site field trips include: bowling, floor hockey, archery, hip hop dance, yoga, swimming, equestrian, rock wall climbing, i-Fly, parkour, silks and aerial arts.  A fun time with other girls your age!

Are you a Harry Potter fan? Do you dream of being a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry?  Come join Camp Hogwarts!  Wizards will attend potions class, transfiguration class, and more!  Play quidditch, do the Horcrux Hunt, and Tri-Wizard Tournament.  Practice your flying maneuvers on a field trip to Altitude Trampoline Park!

Camp:  Exploring Fairy Tales with STEM
Ages: Entering Grades 1-2
Led By: Morgan Kaapke (Kindergarten) and Ruth Ramirez (Teacher Assistant)

Do you love the classic fairytales and enjoy STEM activities? Each day we will read aloud different versions of the same fairytale and complete a STEM activity connected to the story! Make a chair that Goldilocks won’t break and a house that the wolf can’t blow down! You will have the opportunity to explore and design a creation for each challenging task! Also, we will be creating art pieces inspired by each fairytale using paint, clay and much more! Please make sure to bring a packed lunch, snack and water bottle every day!

Camp:  Tech Camp

Led By: Judd Absher (Tech Teacher) and Lee Lazarine (Resource Teacher)

Do you enjoy coding? Want to learn more about 3-D printing?  Do you like using Chromebooks and iPads?  Then Mr. Absher's Tech Camp is for you!  We will explore lots of different types of technology in an exciting and educational week, including: Google Apps, Scratch coding, iMovie, and GarageBand.  We will also work with our awesome Makerspace cart, which includes a 3-D printer, a mini-mill, sewing machines, and lots of tools.  Come join the fun!

Join Mrs. Land and Mrs. Snell for engaging primary-age campers in fun activities paired with fabulous books!  We will have arts and crafts activities, simple food preparation, field trips to Splash Shack (an indoor water park in Cedar Park - no sunscreen required!), Dart Bowl, Mt. Playmore, Alamo Drafthouse, and Russell's! *Due to the nature of the camp, we will not be able to accommodate food allergies/sensitivities, as we cannot ensure an allergen-free zone or cross-contamination.*
