Dear Scotties, 

We come together at school with a focus on connection, love, community, respect, growth, and care for each other. I love welcoming you into the building every morning and supporting your growth. 

I want to thank each child for all the warmth, the memories, and the learning that we share every school year. We grow together every year and a little bit of each of you will always be with me. 

I want all Scotties to know how valued and important they are and how capable they are. I want them to believe in themselves like I do. 

I believe in you. I am here for you. You are capable of great things. You are respected. You are listened to. You are unique. You are worth it. I expect great things. I will never give up on you. I care about you. Your success is my success. We are in this together. You are the reason that I am here. 

As we move forward, continue to take a positive approach in school and life and always strive to be the best that you can be!
